Neo San has built what it describes as the world's first distributed electrical incineration network, converting reject waste into three recoverable outputs: thermal energy, certified construction aggregate and verified carbon data. Its Neo-X technology, designed on jet-engine principles, reaches around 1,200°C in under two minutes. By treating hard-to-recycle reject waste locally and recovering value, it offers an alternative to landfill for residual streams.
