Extended description
Ecosistema Urbano is a Spanish design and urbanism practice working on climate urbanism, green infrastructure, citizen participation and adaptive public space. Its projects cool plazas and streets through microclimate design, increase public-space use and renaturalise urban areas in several cities. Pairing environmental performance with participatory processes, it shows how public space can become both cooler and more socially vibrant.
